THE BRIEF: Criminal Minds: Evolution dives into the next chapter of television’s most elite profiling unit as the show moves from broadcast (CBS) to streaming (Paramount+). For this campaign, I crafted a series of bold, elevated key art pieces that nod to the gritty, suspenseful visual language of the original 17-season run while introducing a more cinematic, prestige edge, all while keeping its army of passionate and devoted fans satiated and wanting more in a campaign across Paid Media, Digital, Print & Digital OOH, OTT and Social.
SOLUTION: By centering the narrative on the personal stakes between the BAU and the UnSubs, we created an "upgraded" visual identity that honors the show’s 17-season history while leaning into a darker, cinematic streaming era, bridging legacy and reinvention. To keep fans guessing, we included easter eggs in the art, a nod to the villains that will appear in episodes throughout the season.
IMPACT: This season was a hit with fans and was subsequently renewed for an additional season.
